A few years ago I was stuck in the rat race, grinding away day and night to try and move up the ranks at a tech startup. Work was incredibly stressful and I needed a break. I took a week off and went camping in Yosemite National Park. The open space, clean air, and cool water calmed my nerves and helped heal my mind.  

When I got back to the office, I knew I had to make a change. I thought about my time in Yosemite and realized how much I enjoyed being away from the noise, connecting with nature and staying grounded to the land. Something changed. I was no longer passionate about my work. I wanted to go back to the feeling I had in Yosemite. It was at that moment that that I decided I would pursue a career that would allow me to continue to work with nature.

I couldn’t just stop working, I needed to continue paying the bills so I started scouring the internet to see what opportunities I could find. After many late nights, I came across the field of land trading. It seemed like the perfect match, and a few months later I quit my job and founded the Land Trade!

At the Land Trade, we specialize in off-grid vacant land. The process of finding good deals is difficult as most properties are being sold at market value or above. That’s where we come in, we do the hard part by continuously searching for deals. When we find good deals, we buy them, turn around and sell it to you below market value.
