Refunds (if applicable): Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned land purchase request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days (this timeline depends on the credit card and their banking partners timeline to return funds to the original account or card).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
1) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
-Cash land sales paid in cash are non-refundable, this includes the document preparation fee.
-Financed land sales paid are refundable within the first 60 days if a request is made to do so. Any document preparation fees or note fees paid are non-refundable. Any principle and or property tax or other property related costs that are pro-rated will be included in the refund.

Exchanges (if applicable):
-Cash sales are not exchangeable, all cash sales are final.
-Financed sales, properties can be exchanged within the first 60 days, afterwards the property purchase will not be exchanged.
